I've been having a dilemma with this so, would you chose to be Italy on a 10 day trip but being 4,000 dollars in debt...or would you chose to stay at home in no debt (accept for school loans) and possibly extra cash in your pocket?
In my case I would pick scenario 1, because I could be able to nearly pay back that 4,000 by the time of the trip, but no one wants to be in debt. What do you think?
If you had to, which scenario would you pick?
Scenario 2. I don't even speak Italian.

to get what you want these days.. you need to go into debt.

i would choose the second since there's no debt. cuz i wouldn't want to be on a trip and worry myself over debt either and just have a good time. i'm sorry i can't help out to well buddy : [

Take idea #2. Even though #1 seems fun. man What can you do life is a sacrifice.

Go to Italy. $4,000.000 is not that much and you have the opportunity to do something many people dream about.
Traveling abroad is an amazing experience and trust me, when you get back, you will think is was definitely worth the money.
If it makes you feel better, research the trip and try to find ways to cut the cost a bit. A book called The Lonely Planet is a terrific resource for travelers.
I am soooooo excited for you. Your going to get the travel bug!
