I am interested to buy an investment property in US name the La Piazza project. Everything was fine except I want to get 100 percent loan financing from any financial institutes available. But I really am at a lost doing that!
The reason why I wanted to have 100 percent financing is that I want to prove to myself that investing in property can be done do without forking out cash. Cos many ppl had done it before.
Anyone out there can provide solid advise?

There's a huge credit crunch coming. 100% financing for an investment property is going to be a tough thing to find right now. But that doesn't mean you can't buy whatever you want without using your own money upfront. You can....
1) Get owner financing. Ask the owner to take back a mortgage on the property. You can pay him/her every month instead of a bank (usually at a slightly higher rate, but it's all negotiable).
2) Get a partner. Someone you trust, and even then get everything in writing. Depending on the amount needed, it's not hard to find people with 10, 20, 30K looking for a reasonable investment. Especially with the stock market as volatile as it has been in the past few weeks.

you might still be able to get 100% financing on a home that you will occupy....but not commercial.
why would the bank loan you 100% of the money in this market especially. Way too much risk for them.
residential??? Lets talk. I make money all the time and never put more than 5% down for non-owner occupied.
